f.u. watermelon spritzer
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup watermelon, cubed and chilled
  • 1/2 oz agave nectar
  • 4 oz Good Fucking Pinot, chilled
  • 4 oz club soda, chilled
  • Watermelon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Add the watermelon and agave nectar into a food processor or blender, and pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into rock glass.
  3. Top glass with equal parts Good Fucking Pinot and club soda. 
  4. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.
