Alcohol Orders & Fulfillment Policy

All alcohol orders placed through GoodFuckingBrands.com are processed and fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers within the Bottle Nexus network. While GF Brands markets and promotes its wine and spirits on the website, the company does not directly sell, offer to sell, or solicit sales of alcohol. Instead, for your convenience, when you click the "buy" button, you're routed to an affiliated retailer's website where you can complete your purchase.

The licensed retailer, not GF Brands, is responsible for handling payments, fulfilling your order, and managing the delivery of any purchased alcohol. This structure ensures compliance with all relevant alcohol laws and regulations, and it is not intended to facilitate any improper practices, including inducements or exclusionary actions between manufacturers, wholesalers, suppliers, importers, or retailers of alcoholic beverages.

Please note that due to local laws or restrictions, this service may not be available in some regions.

Shipping, Age Verification & Delivery

The Bottle Nexus retail network does not currently ship to MI / UT / SD. 

We ship orders exclusively through UPS to states where alcohol deliveries are legally permitted. A valid signature from an individual who is at least 21 years old is required upon delivery, as per federal law. We are committed to adhering to all legal requirements regarding the sale of alcohol and do not sell to anyone under the age of 21.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via UPS to monitor the status of your delivery. If any issues arise during the shipment or delivery process, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist.

Order Processing & Express Shipping

For express orders, we prioritize shipping based on the capacity of the Bottle Nexus network's affiliated retailers. Please note that while express orders are given priority, there may still be up to 3 days of processing time before the order is handed over to UPS for delivery, depending on retailer workload and availability.

Delivery times are subject to UPS's guidelines and any applicable state regulations. We strive to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible, but external factors such as retailer order volume or local shipping restrictions may cause delays.
